Poppy’s Cafe is a must visit if you’re in Napier! The food is fantastic and the service unmatched. The owner/operators were incredibly kind and funny and have created such a warm and inviting atmosphere, I’ll be smiling when I think back on this cafe for years to come. I had the fresh fruit and cream pancake stack and took a fudgy brownie to go, and both were to die for!

Awesome pancakes and waffles. Huge portion and fresh fruits were so delectable. Great hospitality. We will definitely be back at this cafe when we visit Napier.

The super friendly staff really made this a lovely experience for us They were happy to accommodate my dairy-free and my partner’s gluten-free requirements. Food and coffee were both delicious and the large size coffee is HUGE Thanks for a lovely morning, team!

Hands down the best poached eggs I have had in a while. So easy to over cook them, but not when I visited. Staff were friendly, engaging, bacon and eggs was amazing, and prices were extremely reasonable! Will definitely return next time I’m in Napier

We had waffle and egg Benedict it was really yummy and we enjoyed it. Nice vibe. But egg Benedict was just a little bit salty to my taste. But I really enjoyed waffles

I highly recommend this café! I visited with a friend for brunch after our morning jog, and everything was just perfect — the food was beautifully plated and tasted amazing. The owners were so kind and welcoming, it really made for a lovely start to our day.If I visit Napier again, this is definitely a place I’d love to come back to!
